'QuietGardenPath originated from a straightforward aspiration: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza place began as an intimate, family-operated diner with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her explorations of Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza's homeland. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to reproduce the essence of authentic Italian pizza, upholding conventional procedures and top-notch ingredients.
Our initial small 12-seat pizza shop has expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our devotion to excellence and genuineness stays unchanged. We persist in utilizing the traditional wood-fired oven methods, our dough is prepared freshly each day, and we persistently seek out the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'QuietGardenPath' is still in the hands of the family, with the Bianchi family's second generation at the helm of our zealous crew. While we have adopted some contemporary innovations, the core of our trade rests unaltered: forging delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
